Invoice Terms & Conditions

All invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. A 50% advance payment is required to commence new projects or retainers, with the balance payable upon delivery or milestone completion. Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved digital gateways.

Invoices not settled within the due date may incur a late fee of 2% per month or the maximum allowed by Australian law. Work may be paused until outstanding balances are cleared.

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or resources have been allocated. Cancellations before commencement may incur an administration fee of 10% of the total invoice value. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.

Any changes beyond the agreed project scope or deliverables will require a separate quote and written approval. Standard packages include up to two revision rounds unless specified otherwise.

Full ownership of creative, digital, or marketing materials transfers to the client only upon full payment. Until then, all assets remain the property of Grow AI Digital. We reserve the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Grow AI Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from project delivery, advertising performance, or third-party platform issues (e.g., Google, Meta, Make.com, etc.). Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely approvals.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared business, marketing, and client data.

Any disputes will be handled in good faith. If unresolved, matters will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and subject to its courts.
